General terms and conditions for deliveries:
We deliver your order under the following conditions.
When delivering furniture, we deliver right up to the first front door. If you would like a delivery until after the first front door (e.g. in flats this is the first door of the building) we can take care of this for you. We charge extra for this. If you would like to make use of a delivery with two persons, please let us know immediately after receipt of the confirmation.
If it is agreed on the spot with the deliverer(s) that they will bring your order beyond the first front door, without this having been agreed in advance, this will be doneentirely at your own risk. We emphasise that it is up to the deliverer(s) themselves to decide whether this is feasible. The deliverer(s) may refuse. No rights can be derived from this agreement. In the unlikely event that in this case damage would occur to your delivered order or your property, you cannot hold Kick Collection or the deliverer(s) responsible.
For orders outside the EU, we ask you to contact us (order@kickcollection.nl) regarding shipping options and associated costs.
